The Flamengo Cheese of Quinta dos Ingleses is made with the best pasteurized cow milk. Because of that it gains a light yellow color and a soft texture on the palate. Its exterior has a red color and a firm texture when cut, it gains more and more followers due to its unique flavor. We advise you to consume it in "quick" meals based on sandwiches and salads or even in hot dishes and desserts!
